Seeking to offer a higher operating performance to our customers, we developed the corn head BRUTA S2 (series 2). With a lighter and more structured chassis, it supports up to 26 rows and is already considered a benchmark in terms of performance and yield, attracting customers from several countries in Latin America.

Available sizes:
- The corn head BRUTA S2 features 9 chassis sizes that comprise from 18 to 26 rows with 45 cm, in addition to a great variety of different spacings*.
- Attachments available for practically all models of combine harvesters.

Does it prevent loss of lodged corn?
- The corn heads by KF feature a special harvesting angle, enabling better harvesting of the lodged corn since they work closer to the ground.
- The lowest adjustment of the side shield provides reduced loss on lodged plants.
- The height adjustment of the snouts enables an adequacy to the working conditions.

Does it prevent loss of dry corn?
- Exclusive triple lock system of straw return.
- They feature 6 rotation options on the rows and 3 options on the screw conveyor to suit the best working speed.

Does it prevent loss of intercropped corn?
- The bearing at the ends of the pickup rollers ensures more stiffness, providing better approximation of the cleaning razors, preventing clogging.

Convenience:
- They feature, as optional, the opening adjustment of all shelling units simultaneously, which may be performed by using a wrench on the side of the machine, or through an electric drive, with remote control.
- Side body with 3 height positions, which adapts to any harvest situation.

Durability / Robustness:
- The side transmission of the corn head uses reinforced chains and features quick lubrication system.
- The torque limiter system acts simultaneously on each half of the corn head, protecting the system against damage caused by the input of obstacles in the rows.

Weight:
- Several components made up of aluminum, such as the transmission boxes, ends of the pickup rollers, snouts and chain guides.

Lower maintenance cost:
- Replaceable flaps of pickup rollers, it is not necessary to replace the whole roller when they get worn.
